Booking & Cancellation Policy

HIKARI Head Spa is an appointment-only wellness space. Each session is reserved exclusively for you.

• We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

• Late cancellations (less than 24 hours’ notice) may be subject to a 50% service charge.

• No-show appointments may be charged 100% of the scheduled service.

• If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your session may need to be shortened or rescheduled in order to respect the next guest’s appointment time. We recommend arriving a few minutes early for your appointment.

For extremely long or very thick hair, additional product and preparation time may be required. A $30 Long hair material fee may apply
